Recombinant Human Anti-HPeVs VP1 Antibody (AM18) (CAT#: PABL-576)
Recombinant Human Antibody (AM18) is capable of binding to HPeVs VP1, expressed in HEK 293 cells. Expressed as the combination of a heavy chain (HC) containing VH from anti-HPeVs VP1 mAb and CH1-3 region of human IgG1 and a light chain (LC) encoding VL from anti-HPeVs VP1 proteins mAb and CL of human kappa light chain. Exists as a disulfide linked dimer of the HC and LC hetero-dimer under non-reducing condition.

HT29 cells were used for infection with HPeV1, 2, 4, 5 and and Vero cells for HPeV3. When CPE was observed the cells were xed with 4% paraformaldehyde and stained with the monoclonal Abs, and binding was detected with a secondary goat anti human IgG- Alexa-488 labeled (Green). Nuclei were detected using DAPI.
