Recombinant Mouse Antibody (17-IA) scFv Fragment is specific to HRV14 VP1, expressed in E. coli. 17-IA binds to the NIm-IA site,which was defined by natural escape mutations at residues D1091 and E1095 of VP1 β-barrel.
