Recombinant Humanized monoclonal Single Domain Antibody expressed in E. coli binding to Human IGFBP7. The antibodiess specific for insulin-like growth factor binding protein-7 (IGFBP7) may be useful as diagnostic tools for detecting neoplastic diseases involving tumor angiogenesis, and a variety of other angiogenesis associated diseases.
