Human Anti-IL21 Recombinant Antibody; Fab Fragment (TAB-577LC-F(E)) (CAT#: TAB-577LC-F(E))
Provided is a recombinant human antibody Fab fragment that specifically targets human Interleukin 21 (IL21), which potentially plays a role in proliferation and maturation of natural killer (NK) cells in synergy with IL15. The antibody was purified by affinity chromatography. It interacts with IL21 and it is capable of reducing the affinity of IL21 binding to its receptor.
