Recombinant monoclonal antibody 1B4 is a mouse monoclonal antibody that specifically binds to human Integrin β1 and can be potentially used in the treatment of vascular stenotic and restenotic lesions.
Figure 1 is a quartet of graphs which depict leukocyte counts in animals to which monoclonal antibody 1B4 (triangles) or a control monoclonal antibody (SS1; circles) had been administered.
Figure 2 is a graph which indicates mean anti-monoclonal antibody titers in animals to which monoclonal antibody 1B4 (triangles) or a control monoclonal antibody (circles) had been administered.
