Western blot analysis of TAB-034ZJ-F(E) was performed by loading human IgE Fc protein (His tag). Proteins were transferred to an NC membrane and blocked with 10% skim milk for at least one hour. Membranes were probed with TAB-034ZJ-F(E) and a HRP goat anti-human IgG (H+L) was used as the secondary antibody (1: 2000). Chemiluminescent detection was performed.

Dot Blot analysis of TAB-034ZJ-F(E) was performed by coating with human IgE Fc protein (His tag).

ELISA analysis of TAB-034ZJ-F(E) was performed by coating with human IgE Fc protein (His tag). Then blocked with BSA and incubated with TAB-034ZJ-F(E). The HRP conjugated Anti-Human IgG as a secondary antibody (1: 2000). Detection was performed using TMB substrate and stopped with sulfuric acid. The absorbances were read on a spectrophotometer at 450 nm.
