Best Marker For CD11b
Clone M1/70 is the standard for detecting CD11b/Mac-1, and this recombinant version is top-notch. We used it for Flow Cytometry and Immunocytochemistry on mouse macrophages, and the signal was bright and specific. It also cross-reacts with human samples, which is a bonus.
Functional Blocking Worked Well
We utilized this antibody to block the adhesive interactions of monocytes. It effectively neutralized the bioactivity of Integrin alpha-M, preventing complement-coated particle uptake in our assays. A reliable tool for studying innate immunity mechanisms.
