Excellent for IF
Excellent for IF
I've been on the hunt for a reliable antibody to study Notch signaling in endothelial cells. The Human Anti-JAG1 Recombinant Antibody has been a game-changer. In immunofluorescence (IF) experiments, after fixing and permeabilizing the cells, I incubated the antibody at room temperature for 1.5 hours. It beautifully stained JAG1, highlighting its cellular distribution and providing clear visual data crucial for my vascular biology research.
