Effective MHC Blockade
We used the Rat Anti-MHC Class I Antibody (Clone M1/42.3.9.8) to block antigen presentation in our T-cell assays. It effectively neutralized the MHC Class I interaction, inhibiting CTL activation as expected. The antibody is a robust tool for studying cellular immunity and antigen processing.
Excellent Surface Staining
This antibody is fantastic for flow cytometry. We used it to screen for MHC Class I expression on various mouse cell lines. The staining was bright and uniform, allowing us to easily quantify surface levels. The recombinant nature ensures lot-to-lot consistency for our ongoing screening projects.
