Excellent for Rat Tissue IHC
We purchased this anti-MHC Class I antibody for our immunohistochemistry studies on frozen rat spleen sections. The staining was incredibly specific to the RT1A determinant, with very low background noise. It helped us clearly visualize the glycoprotein expression on nucleated cells.
Effective in Neutralization Assays
Our lab utilized this OX18 clone for neutralization experiments involving cellular immunity pathways. The antibody performed exactly as described, effectively neutralizing the bioactivity of rat MHC Class I. It has become a reliable reagent for our flow cytometry and functional assays.
