Mouse Anti-MMP14 Recombinant Antibody (clone LEM-2/15); scFv Fragment

Recombinant mouse antibody (LEM-2/15) scFv fragment is capable of binding to MT1-MMP. It can inhibit mostly the collagenase activity of MT1-MMP while not interfering significantly with the activation of proMMP-2.
