PCNA (Proliferating Cell Nuclear Antigen referred PCNA), also known as cyclins, a molecular weight of 36kDa acidic protein, was first discovered in 1978 and named in the serum of patients with systemic lupus erythematosus. PCNA is a nucleus protein synthesis in the nucleus, and is present in the nucleus, the DNA polymerase accessory proteins, is essential for DNA synthesis factor.
