Anti-Mouse PROM1 Recombinant Antibody Fab Fragment (SDIE 293) (CAT#: TAB-0376CL-F(E))
The anti-CD133 antibodyies are Fc-modified chimeric monoclonal antibodies specifically binding to CD133, which is a cholesterol-binding transmembrane glycoprotein and expressed on the cell surface of somatic stem cell. With the enhanced ADCC, the specific antibodies can be used for the treatment of CD133-related diseases such as chronic lymphocytic leukemia and myelodysplastic syndrome.
