Anti-PSCA ADCC Enhanced Antibody (AGS-1C4D4) is an ADCC enhanced antibody produced by our Afuco™ platform. AGS-1C4D4 is a human monoclonal antibody against prostate stem cell antigen (PSCA), which is a cell-surface protein expressed by most prostate cancers. Preclinical studies demonstrated the pruduct has tumor inhibition function. A limited Phase I trial using AGS-1C4D4 was performed evaluating safety and PK.
