Recombinant Anti-human RELA Intrabody [+36 GFP] (CAT#: IAB-B027(G))
Recombinant anti-RELA intrabody in fusion with +36GFP works within cells against RELA, expressed in E. coli cells. This intrabody against p65 subunit can prevent nuclear factor nB (NF-nB) transcriptional activity in glioma cells andbindinhibit the expression of its target genes involved in the invasion and angiogenesis of human gliomas.
