Anti-S100A4 ADCC Enhanced Antibody (LK-1) is an ADCC enhanced antibody produced by our Afuco™ platform. LK-1 is a first-in-class humanized monoclonal antibody directed against S100A4, a soluble protein acting as a key target in the three tumor compartments, and therefore having anti-tumor, anti-metastasis, and anti-angiogenic activities in one drug.
