Recombinant Rabbit anti-STAT4 monoclonal antibody for WB, IF, ICC, IHC-P, FCM, ELISA, excellent for producing superior results. Hi-Affi™ antibodies are developed from different sources, such as B cells of immunized animals, hybridoma, phage display library. The application of recombinant technology avoids the traditional ascitic fluid approach, which achieves the antibody generation in a humane way with much larger scale, greater specificity and sensitivity, and not susceptible to cell-line drift or lot-to-lot variation.

Excellent Cross-Species Reactivity
This antibody is fantastic because it reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples. We used it for Western Blotting on lysates from different species side-by-side, and the band intensity was strong and specific for STAT4 across the board. It simplifies our inventory significantly.
Great For Immunohistochemistry
We applied this recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody to paraffin-embedded tissue sections (IHC-P). The recommended dilution range was accurate, and we obtained clear nuclear staining indicative of STAT4 activation. The background was minimal, likely due to the rigorous purification process.
