This product is a recombinant mouse antibody that recognizes TM4SF5. The antibody was expressed in mammalian cells with chemically defined culture media and was purified by affinity chromatography.

SDS-PAGE analysis of TAB-693CT in β-mercaptoethanol-reduced (Lane 1) and non-reduced (Lane 2) conditions. Gel stained for 30 minutes with Coomassie Blue. As a result of different β-mercaptoethanol-reduced proteins (Heavy chain and Light chain) migrate as about 50 kDa and 25 kDa, respectively.

The purity of TAB-693CT was 99.79% as determined by SEC-HPLC.

Flow cytometry analysis of HepG2 cell with purified antibody TAB-693CT (Red). Cells (1x10^6) were incubated with TAB-693CT (Unconjugated, 50 μg/mL) for 30 min at 4°C. The FITC-goat anti-mouse IgG antibody was used as secondary antibody and incubated at a concentration of 20 μg/mL for 30 min at 4°C. The negative control group (Green) was only incubated with the secondary antibody.

Allophycocyanin (APC) has the absorption peaks among 610-665 nm wavelength. Take 2 ul of TAB-693CT-APC onto the lower measurement pedestal of Nandrop300 and the absorbance was read at 250 nm-750 nm. The result is shown on the left.

The TAB-693CT-unconjugated, TAB-693CT-APC and APC were loaded into the wells of the SDS-PAGE gel in non-reduced condition. And the fluorescence band was photographed at wavelength of 200 nm-650 nm.
