This anti-TM4SF5 scFv-Fc antibody consists of a murine single-chain variable fragment (scFv) specific for human TM4SF5, fused to a human IgG1 Fc domain. This design allows the antibodies to specifically target and bind to TM4SF5 on cancer cells, leading to inhibition of cancer cell proliferation and invasion, enhancement of anoikis sensitivity, and reduction of tumor growth. These antibodies also have the potential to induce antibody-dependent cell-mediated cytotoxicity (ADCC), further contributing to their anti-cancer activity.
