Recombinant Human Antibody (TR1. 9) is capable of binding to TPO (thyroid peroxidase), expressed in HEK 293 cells. Expressed as the combination of a heavy chain (HC) containing VH from anti-TPO (thyroid peroxidase) mAb and CH1-3 region of human IgG1 and a light chain (LC) encoding VL from anti-TPO mAb and CL of human kappa light chain. Exists as a disulfide linked dimer of the HC and LC hetero-dimer under non-reducing condition.
Figure 1 mAb 47 inhibits the binding of human Fab TR1.9 to human TPO.
Competitive ELISA experiments were performed with mouse mAb 47 or 6H7 (control) as competitor for the binding of human Fab TR1.9 to TPO.
