Recombinant monoclonal antibody to TYRP1. Clone 20D7 is a IgG1 that has increased activity in the treatment of disorders characterized by KIR3DL2- expressing cells, particularly CD4+ T cells, including malignancies such as Mycosis Fungoides and Sezary Syndrome.
