Anti-CD103 (clone M290)-mc-vc-PABc-MMAE ADC (CAT#: ADC-089LZY)
This ADC product is composed of an anti-CD103 antibody (clone M290) conjugated via mc-vc-PABc linker to MMAE (M290-mc-vc-PABc-MMAE). It has demonstrated a response in islet allograft rejection treatment by a MOA (Mechanism of Action) of microtubules depolymerizing.

Description: Auristatins are water-soluble dolastatin analogs of dolastatin 10. Dolastatin 10 belongs to dolastatin family and it can powerfully bind to tubulin, thus inhibiting polymerization mediated through the binding to the vinca alkaloid binding domain, and causes cell to accumulate in metaphase arrest.

- Integrins are heterodimeric integral membrane proteins composed of an alpha chain and a beta chain. This gene encodes an I-domain-containing alpha integrin that undergoes post-translational cleavage in the extracellular domain, yielding disulfide-linked heavy and light chains. In combination with the beta 7 integrin, this protein forms the E-cadherin binding integrin known as the human mucosal lymphocyte-1 antigen. This protein is preferentially expressed in human intestinal intraepithelial lymphocytes (IEL), and in addition to a role in adhesion, it may serve as an accessory molecule for IEL activation.
