Versatile ADAM10 Antibody
I am very pleased with the versatility of this Mouse Anti-ADAM10 Recombinant Antibody. We have successfully employed it in both ELISA and Immunoprecipitation assays. The antibody recognizes the target efficiently, and the affinity chromatography purification seems to ensure a high quality product that gives us reproducible data every time.
Strong Functional Inhibition
Our lab focuses on the cleavage functions of ADAM10, and this antibody has been excellent for our inhibition studies. It is highly specific to the human antigen and works well in functional assays (FuncS). The purity is greater than 95%, which is critical when performing sensitive inhibition experiments in cell culture.
