Recombinant Anti-human ADAM10 Intrabody [+36 GFP] (CAT#: IAB-B003(G))
Recombinant anti-ADAM10 intrabody in fusion with +36GFP works within cells to bind selectively to intracellur antigen human ADAM10, expressed in E. coli cells. The anti-ADAM10 intrabodies are designed from either the polyclonal or monoclonal anti-ADAM10 antibody cDNA that encode antibodiess that recognize the enzymatically active form of Kuz and which, upon binding, inhibit ADAM10's ability to transphosphorylate.
