The CytoStream™ Rabbit Anti-Ager Polyclonal Antibody is specific for human, mouse and rat Ager. Ager interacts with S100 and HMGB1 proteins, influencing processes like cell migration and apoptosis regulation, and serves as a biomarker for diseases such as diabetic retinopathy and type 2 diabetes. The anti-Ager antibody was developed and selected by our CytoStream™ platform and the mAb is recommended for use in flow cytometry staining (1 μg per 1x 10⁶ cells).
