Mouse Anti-BLNK Recombinant Antibody (BL844)

The anti-BLNK recombinant antibody (BL844) reacts with human, monkey, mouse and rat BLNK. BLNK is an essential adaptor protein in the B-cell receptor (BCR) signaling pathway. It bridges the Syk kinase to downstream effectors like PLCgamma2. BLNK is required for B-cell maturation and activation; mutations in this gene result in agammaglobulinemia due to a block in B-cell development. The anti-BLNK antibody (BL844) has been tested in Enzyme-linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA), Immunocytochemistry (ICC), Immunohistochemistry (IHC), Western Blot (WB) and Flow Cytometry (FC).
