It is validated for Chromatin Immunoprecipitation (ChIP), Chromatin Immunoprecipitation-Sequencing (ChIP-Seq), and Western Blot (WB). BMI1 is a major component of the polycomb group complex 1 (PRC1), functioning as an epigenetic repressor crucial for embryonic development and somatic stem cell self-renewal.
