CytoStream™ Mouse Anti-BMI1 Recombinant Antibody (VS13-YC101) (CAT#: VS13-YC101)
The CytoStream™ Mouse Anti-BMI1 Recombinant Antibody is specific for human, mouse and rat BMI1. BMI1 encodes a ring finger protein, integral to PRC1, an epigenetic repressor involved in stem cell renewal and DNA repair, implicated as an oncogene in various cancers, with a pseudogene and read-through transcription reported. The anti-BMI1 antibody was developed and selected by our CytoStream™ platform and the mAb is recommended for use in flow cytometry staining (1/100-1/200).
