The recombinant Anti-BMP2 (AA 282-299 x AA 369-383) biparatopic antibody, tandem scFv (Clone 11F2 x Clone 8B3), targets two specific epitopes within BMP2. This antibody uses a tandem scFv construction, where the 11F2 scFv binds a BMP2 epitope (QAKHKQRKRLKSSCKRH) and is fused to the N-terminus of the 8B3 scFv, which binds another BMP2 epitope (ISMLYLDENEKVVLK) tied to its type 2 receptor.
