Human Anti-BMP2 Recombinant Antibody (clone 11F2) (CAT#: HPAB-0170-YC)
Provided herein are antibodies directed against bone morphogenic proteins (BMPs). The antibodies are useful for the treatment of diseases, such as bone diseases and cancers mediated by BMP expression or associated with abnormal expression of a receptor therefor.

C2C12 cells were incubated with recombinant human BMP4 and varying concentrations of five different neutralizing anti-BMP2/4 monoclonal antibodies or IgG1 control mAb. Cells were fixed, lysed, and assayed for alkaline phosphatase activity.
