The CytoStream™ Rabbit Anti-CALR Recombinant Antibody is specific for human and mouse CALR. CALR, or calreticulin, is a multifunctional calcium-binding protein in the ER and nucleus, affecting transcription regulation, linked to conditions such as lupus through autoantibody interactions. The anti-CALR antibody was developed and selected by our CytoStream™ platform and the mAb is recommended for use in flow cytometry staining (1/50).
