This product is a rabbit IgG antibody that recognizes human CD48, which is found on the surface of lymphocytes and other immune cells, dendritic cells and endothelial cells, and participates in activation and differentiation pathways in these cells. This antibody is recommended for flow cytometry (1/100) and ELISA (1/5000-1/10000) assays.
