Mouse Anti-CD8B Recombinant Antibody (clone EP42); Fab Fragment (CAT#: FAMAB-0012-CN-F(E))
This is a mouse anti-chicken monoclonal antibody that binds to turkey PBMC. The mAb specifically binds to CD8β on cytotoxic T cells. CD8B-related diseases include diffuse large B-cell lymphoma and uterine corpus cancer. The antibody is the Fab fragment format of antibody, cat# FAMAB-0012-CN. The Fab fragment is the antigen-binding domain of an antibody molecule and consists of two amino acid chains consisting of the VH+CH1 and VL+CL domains.
