Versatile CD8B Detection
This antibody (clone 341) has been incredibly versatile for us. We have successfully used it for IHC-P and flow cytometry to detect Hamster CD8B. It is rare to find such a reliable reagent for hamster models in immunology.
Effective Functional Studies
We employed this mouse antibody in functional studies to investigate the role of the CD8 beta chain. The antibody performed well in neutralization assays, helping us understand the co-stimulatory signaling pathways involved in T-cell activation.
