The Rabbit Anti-CHEK2 Recombinant Antibody is specific for human CHEK2. CHEK2, a tumor suppressor kinase, maintains cell cycle arrests under genomic threat, affecting proteins like BRCA1 for recovery processes. The anti-CHEK2 antibody can be used for Western blot (1/1000-1/2000), Immunocytochemistry (1/50-1/200), Immunofluorescence (1/50-1/200), Immunohistochemistry-paraffin (1/50-1/200).
