This product is a recombinant human IgG1, lambda antibody that is designed to target human CSF2 with specificity. It cross-reacts with rhesus, mouse, and marmoset CSF2. The affinity levels towards recombinant hGM-CSF sourced from yeast and E. coli by this antibody are quantified at 0.36 nM and 0.15 nM, respectively. Furthermore, it possesses the capability to inhibit GM-CSF-dependent proliferation of DCs.
