Rabbit Anti-CTSD Recombinant Antibody (clone R07-3J3) (CAT#: VS3-XY3327)

The rabbit recombinant antibody specifically recognizes CTSD (Cathepsin D), which plays a role in APP processing following cleavage and activation by ADAM30 which leads to APP degradation. It specifically reacts with human, mouse and rat CTSD. It has been tested using Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin, Immunoprecipitation, Flow cytometry, Immunocytochemistry or Immunofluorescence. The recommended dilutions of Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin, Immunoprecipitation, Flow cytometry and Immunofluorescence is 1/500-1/1000, 1/50-1/100, 1/20, 1/50-1/100 and 1/50-1/200, respectively.
