Mouse Anti-DDR2 Recombinant Antibody (DD707)

The anti-DDR2 recombinant antibody (DD707) reacts with human, mouse, rat and rabbit DDR2. DDR2 is a unique receptor tyrosine kinase that is activated by fibrillar collagen rather than soluble growth factors. It regulates cell-matrix interactions, collagen turnover, and chondrocyte differentiation. Overactive DDR2 signaling is implicated in tissue fibrosis and the epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT) of lung and breast cancer cells. The anti-DDR2 antibody (DD707) has been tested in Enzyme-linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA), Immunocytochemistry (ICC), Immunohistochemistry (IHC) and Flow Cytometry (FC).
