Great For Western Blotting
I used this rat anti-DLG4 antibody for Western Blotting on mouse brain lysates. It successfully recognized the DLG4 protein and the bands were sharp and clean. It is great to find an antibody that works this well across rat, human, and mouse samples.
Effective Immunofluorescence Staining
Our lab applied this antibody in immunofluorescence assays to visualize the membrane-associated guanylate kinase family proteins. The staining pattern was distinct and accurate to the expected localization of NMDA receptor clusters, helping us validate our scaffold protein research models.
