The CytoStream™ Rabbit Anti-E2F1 Recombinant Antibody is specific for human and mouse E2F1. E2F1, a transcription factor family member, regulates the cell cycle and tumor suppressor interactions, its activity modifiable by viral proteins in transformation scenarios. The anti-E2F1 antibody was developed and selected by our CytoStream™ platform and the mAb is recommended for use in flow cytometry staining (1/50-1/100).
