The Rabbit Anti-ESR1 Recombinant Antibody is specific for human ESR1. ESR1, an estrogen receptor, modulates hormonal responses in reproductive and other systems, contributing to conditions like cancers and osteoporosis through transcriptional gene regulation. The anti-ESR1 antibody can be used for Western blot (1/500-1/1000), Immunohistochemistry (1/50-1/100), Immunofluorescence (1/50-1/200), Immunoprecipitation (1/20), Chromatin immunoprecipitation (ChIP) (1/20).
