Mouse Anti-F2R Recombinant Antibody (F2375)

The anti-F2R recombinant antibody (F2375) reacts with human F2R. F2R (PAR-1) is a G-protein coupled receptor that is activated by thrombin-mediated cleavage of its N-terminus. This "tethered ligand" mechanism triggers signaling pathways involving Gq and Gi/o, leading to platelet activation, vascular smooth muscle contraction, and pro-inflammatory responses. F2R is a key link between the coagulation cascade and cellular inflammatory signaling. The anti-F2R antibody (F2375) has been tested in Enzyme-linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA) and Immunohistochemistry (IHC).
