The Rabbit Anti-FOXO1 Recombinant Antibody is specific for human and mouse FOXO1. FOXO1, involved in growth regulation, is implicated in tumors like alveolar rhabdomyosarcoma through translocations and modulates differentiation processes as a forkhead gene member. The anti-FOXO1 antibody can be used for Western blot (1/1000-1/2000), Immunocytochemistry (1/50-1/200), Immunohistochemistry-paraffin (1/50-1/200).
