Human Anti-HGF Recombinant Antibody Fab Fragment (HPAB-J0117-YC-F(E)) (CAT#: HPAB-J0117-YC-F(E))
Provided is a humanized neutralizing mAb binding to human HGF. The mAb inhibits at least one, and preferably several or all biological activities of HGF, including binding to its receptor cMet, induction of scattering of cells such as Madin-Darby canine kidney cells, induction of proliferation of Mv 1 Lu mink lung epithelial cells and/or hepatocytes and/or HUVEC, and stimulation of angiogenesis. It inhibits growth of a human tumor xenograft in a mouse.
