The Rabbit Anti-HNF4A Recombinant Antibody is specific for human HNF4A. HNF4A encodes a transcription factor regulating key hepatic genes, linked to type I diabetes mellitus due to its role in liver, kidney, and intestine development, with multiple transcript variants. The anti-HNF4A antibody can be used for Immunohistochemistry (1/100-1/200).
