The anti-IL15 eliminating antibody is an engineered pH-sensitive antibody against human IL15. IL15 influences T and NK cell growth, interacting with interleukin 2 in immune regulation. The antibody has a novel IL15-sweeping activity in vivo, which selectively eliminatesthe soluble IL15 from plasma. Compared to conventional antibody, the mAb exerted in vivo efficacy by simultaneously engineering both pH-dependent antigen binding, to mimic the pH-dependent receptor-ligand binding of such endocytic receptors, and increased FcRn binding affinity at neutral pH, to mimic the cell-bound form of the receptors.
