The Rabbit Anti-JAK3 Recombinant Antibody is specific for human JAK3. JAK3, part of the Janus kinase family, is involved in cytokine receptor-mediated signaling, expressed mainly in immune cells. Activated by tyrosine phosphorylation from interleukin receptors, its mutations lead to autosomal SCID. The anti-JAK3 antibody can be used for Western blot (1/500-1/1000), Immunofluorescence (1/50-1/200).
