The Rabbit Anti-KLF4 Recombinant Antibody is specific for human and mouse KLF4. KLF4 encodes a Kruppel-family zinc finger protein, essential for epidermal barrier function, G1-to-S cell cycle transition post-DNA damage, involving p53 mediation. Mice lacking KLF4 show fatal rapid weight loss due to barrier function compromise. The anti-KLF4 antibody can be used for Western blot (1/500-1/2000), Immunocytochemistry (1/50-1/200), Immunofluorescence (1/50-1/200), Immunohistochemistry-paraffin (1/50-1/200).
