Clear IHC Staining Results
We used this recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (SY88-19) for Immunohistochemistry on human skin tissue. It provided clear and specific staining of the basal layer of the epidermis, consistent with KRT5 expression. The antibody was also effective in Western Blot, recognizing the protein at the expected molecular weight.
Cross-Reactivity With Mouse
It was very convenient that this antibody reacts with both human and mouse KRT5. We used it to detect Cytokeratin 5 in mouse samples, and the results were excellent. The Protein A affinity purification ensures a high-quality product, and it performed well in our immunoassay techniques.
