CytoStream™ Rabbit Anti-KRT5 Recombinant Antibody (VS13-YC636)

The CytoStream™ Rabbit Anti-KRT5 Recombinant Antibody is specific for human, mouse and rat KRT5. KRT5, a type II cytokeratin, forms heterotypic chains in differentiated epidermis basal layers with KRT14, with mutations linked to epidermolysis bullosa simplex, clustering in chromosome 12q12-q13. The anti-KRT5 antibody was developed and selected by our CytoStream™ platform and the mAb is recommended for use in flow cytometry staining (1/1000).
